Map updates are compatible only with models sold in Europe and CIS.
What’s in the pack?
All updates come with an activation code, an instruction manual, and a map data archive which should be extracted to your USB stick.

What to do if I have issues installing the update?
Don't worry, we'll try to help you according to the steps of the instructions manual. If you can't prepare the files required for the update, we can help you remotely by connecting to your desktop via TeamViewer or we may offer you a ready media with shipment to your door or local post office. If your activation code (or a license key file) doesn't work, there's a problem with a wrong map version and you should check the link you received. If you picked up the wrong update (e.g. if you need US maps) and paid for it, you'll get a full refund after approval. If you have any questions during the update, please don't hesitate to ask us. What should I do?
USB update
In order to update software and maps for your Lexus navigation system you have to prepare a 16GB USB stick, download the update (we'll send you the link right after the payment) and extract the data to the USB drive according to our instructions manual.
If you didn't attach the photo of your Map data screen to the order form, tell us your map update ID so we could prepare an activation code for you.
Next, you'll need to insert the flash drive into the USB port of your car, go to the Map Data screen, click the Data Update button and wait till the update dialog box appears, asking you to start the update. You'll then be asked to enter an activation code. Enter it and wait for the update to complete. The process takes up to 95 minutes (for the EU version).

Hello, I have Lexus NX, march 2017, 13CY, map version 02-36-50-(2061-05-0) and software version VC18101B. I already tried to do a map update, but I was not successful. Navigation didn't want to read the USB key (tried several different types). The navi section has a SD card (not micro SD card) in the back of the unit. SD card part number: PW675-00011. Do you have any solution to this problem? Kind regards, Janez.

Hello. Your navigation unit is defective and needs replacing. We posted about this earlier in our blog. Lexus has a TSB related to the issue. You need to take your car to the dealer, they should help to replace the unit.

Hello,
We haven't updated this page for a while but actually we're going with the 2023-2024 version since October. This is the most recent version at the moment.
The update is a downloadable one, you'll need a 16 GB USB flash drive in order to install it.

i have a late 2014 Lexus NX and the map data has never been updated - its still got 02-34-50 (2014-07-0) EU on it with Software Version VC18100B
Can you provide the required map update and if so how up to date will it be? Will i need to do a firmware update too?
