Description

We offer a map update for a 8^th and 9^th generation navigation systems with an external navigation module (Lexus Navigation 13CY / 15CY).

Compatibility

List of compatible vehicles:

• CT200h (2014-2017), ES250 (2014-2017), ES300h (2015-2017), ES350 (2015-2017), IS200t (2015-2019), IS220d (2014-), IS250 (2014-2019), IS300 (2015-2019), IS300h (2015-2019), NX200t (2014-2017), NX300h (2014-2017), RC200t (2015-), RC200h (2015-), RC F (2015-), RX (2015-2019);

Map updates are compatible only with models sold in Europe and CIS.

What’s in the pack?

All updates come with an activation code, an instruction manual, and a map data archive which should be extracted to your USB stick.

Map data version: EU 2024-2025 v1 (released July 2024, version code 02-44-50, map data: 2023Q4, software: VC18102A). NEW RELEASE!

Map coverage: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (incl. Monaco), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy (incl. San Marino, Vatican City), Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia (FYROM), Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia (incl. Kaliningrad), Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain (incl. Andorra, Canary Islands, Gibraltar), Sweden, Switzerland (incl. Liechtenstein), Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom.

What to do if I have issues installing the update?

Don't worry, we'll try to help you according to the steps of the instructions manual. If you can't prepare the files required for the update, we can help you remotely by connecting to your desktop via TeamViewer or we may offer you a ready media with shipment to your door or local post office. If your activation code (or a license key file) doesn't work, there's a problem with a wrong map version and you should check the link you received. If you picked up the wrong update (e.g. if you need US maps) and paid for it, you'll get a full refund after approval. If you have any questions during the update, please don't hesitate to ask us. What should I do?

USB update

In order to update software and maps for your Lexus navigation system you have to prepare a 16GB USB stick, download the update (we'll send you the link right after the payment) and extract the data to the USB drive according to our instructions manual.

If you didn't attach the photo of your Map data screen to the order form, tell us your map update ID so we could prepare an activation code for you.

Next, you'll need to insert the flash drive into the USB port of your car, go to the Map Data screen, click the Data Update button and wait till the update dialog box appears, asking you to start the update. You'll then be asked to enter an activation code. Enter it and wait for the update to complete. The process takes up to 95 minutes (for the EU version).

i have a 2019 lexus ct200h with the 15CY 7’ system the last map update is from 2019. I downloaded the 15CY EU CT200H version up to 2017 and was told that the version must not be for the vehicle in question.

I have a Lexus CT 200h purchased in January 2020. It only has USB ports and I would like to see the possibility of updating the navigator's maps.
The map version I have installed is: 02-39-50-(2019-03-0) EU with software version VE94102A and data update ID: 1303731118173458.
The vehicle's VIN is: JTHKD5BH002350213

Hello, I have Lexus NX, march 2017, 13CY, map version 02-36-50-(2061-05-0) and software version VC18101B. I already tried to do a map update, but I was not successful. Navigation didn't want to read the USB key (tried several different types). The navi section has a SD card (not micro SD card) in the back of the unit. SD card part number: PW675-00011. Do you have any solution to this problem? Kind regards, Janez.

Hello. Your navigation unit is defective and needs replacing. We posted about this earlier in our blog. Lexus has a TSB related to the issue. You need to take your car to the dealer, they should help to replace the unit.
