What to do if I have issues installing the update?

We only have a 2016 map for these vehicles. It's ok if you're missing a microSD card, but it's obviously not worth for updating.

Is it possible to install EU map (this map) on the US model 2020 ES300h?

The procedure of converting maps from US to EU keeps being very complicated for Toyota and Lexus vehicles. In your case you’ll need to replace the navigation module and then reflash the modified firmware to the head unit, which requires desoldering and programming the NAND memory chip directly. Unfortunately, it can’t be done with simple tools on this generation.

All coutnries of the EU except Cyprus are listed. So, how can the map of Cyprus is not supported? It cannot be the absence of digitized maps, since in many other navigation systems there are maps of Cyprus.
